There is no official public count of jellyfish along the Atlantic coast. Local beach patrols have said the increase in sea nettles is hard to measure, even as thousands of people report stings in a season. Jelly Report fills that gap with real-time reports from people actually in the water, from Maine to the Florida Keys.

Everything here is crowd-sourced and unofficial. Reports are submitted anonymously by beachgoers, with no verification. Treat the map as a rough signal of where jellies are showing up today, not as an authoritative count.
